The November Update

Conferences, Conferences, Conferences!

Between WordCamp, UNC CAUSE and High Ed Web, we are just about conferenced out here at OIT Design and ready to get back to “normal” (or whatever passes for it…).

That said we’ve had a productive month of conferences with both Brian & Jen giving insightful presentations to rave reviews. Brian presented “Shortcake: Bridging the Gap Between WordPress Developers and Content Creators” at UNC CAUSE while Jen spoke about “The Making of a Web Team” at High Ed Web.

OIT Design in ServiceNow

We are in the process of setting up a new ServiceNow workgroup exclusively for our support clients. Our clients will continue to email, but future messages will go into our own ServiceNow workgroup for triage and review. For you, the client, this change will involve a few extra emails to acknowledge your contact and in random cases, to ask for feedback on the interaction. Our hope is that this move will allow our team to more easily see all client issues and responses, and allow us to collect data on our calls and emails.

The Newest in New

It’s not all conference fun here at OIT Design. We also launched a few new client sites this month: Animal Science, Software Licensing, and Genetics. Click through to see what a WordPress redesign could do for you!

That’s all for this month but we’ve got quite a bit going on behind the scenes here and hope to have some new developments to announce soon! In the meantime, follow us on Twitter or check out our blog to learn more.
