Hail and well met, my dudes! My name is Kaitlin and I am become web support, destroyer of bugs.
I have toyed around with web sites and web design since I was a wee lass, in the ye olde days of 2005, when the internet was young. I then took some JavaScript classes and worked an 8-month stint as the techie for a grant-funded research project at my alma mater UNC Asheville, which I built on WordPress.
This explains how I, someone who graduated with a degree in Literature, antithesis of computers, managed to land this gig. But land it I did and so, here we are!
I was raised by nerds, for nerds, so if it has the words “science,” “fantasy,” or “tabletop” in the name, I’m bound to love it. I’m also willing to read almost any book put in front of me (minus Paradise Lost) and if you ask me any questions about knitting or fiber crafts, you will have a lifelong friend.
I’m looking forward to working with and supporting the NC State community.
